For authors who have difficulties
paying US Dollars, please pay Euros or Chinese Yuan.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You are so welcome to join the conference, but if you cannot attend
for
some reasons, please inform this to
iccesb@chairmen.org.
Due to force majeure, the
organizer has the right to change the conference date and venue. We will not
bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc.
Request of cancellation and refund
due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
● 30 days ahead of the conference:
30% of payment refund
● Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
